Problem:

An existing deck and new pool needed to be tied together with a new landscaping and a covered seating area to provide shade for gatherings and everyday use.

Solution:

Along the side of the house a 300 sq. ft. Techo-Bloc Antika paver walkway with a Villagio border that matched the front walkway was installed. Wrapping around to the back of the home to a matching landing that tied into the existing deck. As an upgrade to the pool area a 1,680 sq. ft. pool deck featuring Techo-Bloc Blu 60 pavers and a complementing border.

Adding some life to the pool is a 145 sq. ft. planter built with Techo-Bloc Mini-Creta wall stone and Portofino style caps. Three Colorfalls spillways are installed on each level of the planter adding some ambiance and excitement to the back of the pool. A gazebo was installed to one side of the pool to give our clients a shaded areas when monitoring children while in the pool and also give them a covered area to entertain when they want to get out of the sun. The gazebo floor and walkways are built using 184 sq. ft. of Techo-Bloc Flagstone style pavers giving it a more traditional look.
